All Pantalon Issue orders include a signature cotton envelope for clothing protection. 

RETURNS

Pantalon has a 14-day return policy: if you're unhappy with your garment, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Clothing must be returned in perfect condition with all original Pantalon packaging, exactly as they were sent.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Declare your return request

Email customer service at Info@pantalonstore.com with your name and a description of the issue.

  1. Return your item(s)

  • Place the item(s) in the original Pantalon packaging and place inside shipping box or any other solid carton box.

  • Close the box and tape it securely. Make sure that your shipping box does not contain any other shipping or tracking labels on it.

  • Securely place the return label on packaging and drop to your closest Australia Post box. 

REFUNDS

Once we inspect and approve your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

In the event your Pantalon pieces arrive damaged or defective, please email info@pantalonstore.com within 14 days of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return or exchange.
