$50 AUD flat rate for international shipping.

Please note:

International orders may require 2-4 business days for processing prior to dispatch. All international deliveries are sent via DHL Express, with an estimated transit time of 1-2 business days. 

Any duties, taxes, or import fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy for orders delivered within Australia. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:
All international orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Returned garments must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

1. Request your return
   Email us at info@pantalonstore.com with your full name, order number, and reason for return.
2. Prepare your return
   Repack the item using the original PANTALON envelope and place it in a sturdy box. Ensure no other shipping labels are visible.

3. Send your return
   Attach the return label provided and drop it at your nearest Australia Post location.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@pantalonstore.com with your name, order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos.

PANTALON reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
